Service Description

Private lessons are a great way to learn new skills, overcome an event fear, or just get a great workout. Our coaches can help you through any of the Olympic events, as well as strength and conditioning training. Private Lesson Policies: -Children must be 3yo at the time of their lesson by. -Children under the age of 5 may only select time slots available on weekdays before 5pm.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours prior to your lesson. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable.
