This clinic will focus on the fundamentals and proper technique for the perfect cartwheel.
 
All levels are welcome! Beginner gymnasts will work on basic body shaping, lunges, handstands, and strength training. Intermediate gymnasts will work on one-handed, opposite side, and dive cartwheels. They will also begin to work on cartwheels on beam. Advanced gymnasts will work on the above skills and aeriels.
 
Please note, our lobby is closed to families and visitors. For ages 5 and up.
