This clinic will focus on all things (backwards) flipping!
All levels are welcome! Beginner gymnasts will work on basic body shaping, backward rolls, and bridges. Intermediate gymnasts will work on backbends and back walkovers. Advanced gymnasts will work on back handspring drills.
Please note:
- This clinic is for ages 5+
- Our lobby is closed to adults
- Children over the age of 5 must show proof of COVID vaccination in order to attend this clinic
- Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a refund or transfer
