This 30-minute one-on-one lesson is a great way to learn new skills, overcome an event fear, or just get a great workout! Our coaches can help you through any of the Olympic events, as well as strength and conditioning training. Open to all ages, bodies, and levels of experience.


Please note, our lobby is closed for waiting during this time. Your child will get a health screening prior to entering the facility.
