Tigers (5 year olds)

Gymnasts in this class will move away from "play" based activities and focus more on skill progressions, building their focus, and improving their listening skills. They will learn and refine the fundamental components of foundational skills, such as: cartwheels, pull-ups, hand stands, pull-overs, and tree falls. They will begin to perfect the body shaping and techniques needed to develop more advanced skills. Gymnasts will also learn to interpret verbal instructions and enhance their body awareness. Coaches will focus on developing overall strength and flexibility.
