Tumbling Only (7+)
This class is perfect for older students. Coaches will work to build self-confidence and tumbling skills in this beginner to intermediate class. Gymnasts will focus on the fundamentals of "acro" skills, as well as building upper body and core strength. Great supplemental class for dancers or cheerleaders who want to improve their tumbling skills or tweens who just love to tumble.

At Home Conditioning Challenge
Conditioning at home is a great way for your child to improve their gymnastics skills, strength, and flexibility. These mini-workouts can be completed in 15-20 minutes, 3 days a week.
