Why Industry Gymnastics?

We’re not your typical gym. We’re a woman-owned, inclusive gymnastics space in the heart of NYC — welcoming everyone from babies to adults. Our recreational programs are designed for all bodies and all minds, including gender-expansive and neurodivergent athletes. With no pressure to compete, students grow strong, build confidence, and fall in love with movement at their own pace. Whether it’s your toddler’s first forward roll, your teen’s cartwheel comeback, or your own adult fitness goals, there’s space for you here.
