We’re not your typical gym. We’re a woman-owned, inclusive gymnastics space in the heart of NYC — welcoming everyone from babies to adults. Our recreational programs are designed for all bodies and all minds, including gender-expansive and neurodivergent athletes. With no pressure to compete, students grow strong, build confidence, and fall in love with movement at their own pace.
