From perfecting that elusive cartwheel to mixing movement with mindfulness, our Saturday clinics offer something special for every kind of gymnast. Whether your child is ready to focus on specific skills or dive into a themed afternoon of gymnastics + community fun, we’ve got them covered.
💫 Cartwheel Clinics
A fan favorite! These 75-minute clinics are dedicated to helping gymnasts master their cartwheel through drills, games, and progressive coaching. Ideal for beginners and those working on cleaner, more confident form.
💫 Flip + Fun Collabs
Once a month, we team up with local businesses for themed specialty clinics—think bars and baking, balance beam and painting, or handstands and meditation. These creative mashups combine gymnastics with art, cooking, breathwork, and more for a joyful, well-rounded experience.
What To Expect:
Skill-Specific Focus
Our Cartwheel Clinics zero in on foundational movements like handstands, round-offs, and (of course) cartwheels—helping gymnasts of all levels build strength, coordination, and confidence.
Creative Collaborations
Our specialty events combine gymnastics with something unexpected! Think cartwheels and making healthy snack, trampoline time followed by calming breathwork, or balance beam basics paired with painting. Each month features a new collaboration with one of our favorite local businesses.
Inclusive and Supportive Coaching
Our experienced coaches create an environment where every child feels successful. Whether your child is shy, silly, or super energetic, they’ll be met with encouragement, patience, and just the right challenge.
