Take your gymnastics to new heights with our Bars Extravaganza Clinic! Delve into the thrilling world of uneven bars under the guidance of our expert coaches. After a dynamic warm-up that targets upper body strength and flexibility, you'll dive into a series of drills that focus on perfecting pullovers, casts, and exciting bar swings. Our coaches will be by your side, offering spot-on spotting and personalized tips to refine your technique. By the end of this action-packed 75-minute clinic, you'll be swinging, releasing, and soaring with newfound confidence on the bars. ​Clinic policies: -Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a refund or transfers. -Clinics are drop-off only. Our lobby is closed to non-staff adults.
