Service Description

Whether you're a budding gymnast or a seasoned pro, this clinic is all about perfecting your cartwheel technique. Our expert coaches will guide you through a comprehensive warm-up designed to enhance your flexibility and strength. Then, dive into a series of drills and progressions that break down the cartwheel into its essential components, ensuring you achieve picture-perfect form. With individualized feedback and fun challenges, you'll be flipping and spinning like a true gymnastics superstar by the end of this dynamic 75-minute session. ​ Beginner gymnasts will work on basic body shaping, lunges, handstands, and strength training. ​ Intermediate gymnasts will work on one-handed, opposite side, and dive cartwheels. They will also begin to work cartwheels on beam. ​ Advanced gymnasts will work on the above skills and aerials. Clinic policies: -Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a refund or transfers. -Clinics are drop-off only. Our lobby is closed to non-staff adults.
