A Moment for You is a donation-based, community wellness pop-up created by The Fab Four - a group of four women & minority-owned small businesses in NYC who believe caretakers deserve care, too.

This event is designed for anyone in a caregiving role - parents, teachers, guardians, partners, healthcare workers, and more - to slow down, connect, and receive.

The experience flows across three relaxed hours filled with community, nourishment, and activations that support your well-being - body, mind, and spirit. Come for what you need, stay for as long as it feels good.

• ✨ A gentle fitness class to move, stretch, and breathe
