CUBS 16-23 MONTHS

A gentle introduction to movement, structure, and fun

Our Cubs 16–23 months class is designed for toddlers taking their first steps into group activities. Through structured exploration and play, your child will build:

  • Grip strength and coordination

  • Confidence with movement

  • Early social skills like turn-taking

What To Expect:

Warm-Up, Stretch, & Say Hello

We start every class with a gentle warm-up and age-appropriate stretches and songs to wake up little bodies, say hello to friends, and get comfortable in the space.

Structured Exploration

You and your child will rotate through three exciting stations, while our coaches guide you: Bars (swinging, holding, pulling up), Beam (walking, balancing, stepping), Trampoline (jumping, rolling, shapes)

Free Exploration

Children revisit their favorite stations, move at their own pace, and build confidence with support from grownups and coaches.

Bubble Party, Stickers, & Goodbye

We wrap up class with bubbles, stamps, stickers, and high-fives. Ending on a joyful note every time!
