Remote Learning Workouts

Hey folks! How is that remote learning treating ya? Are your kids climbing off the walls? Are they feeling frustrated with technology? Are you about to take your third trip to the wine store today? Is it even open?
Instead of curling up into a ball and crying (ok AFTER you do that), grab your kid and try my express workout. Let’s burn off those feelings together!

It's so refreshing to reread this post during all the chaos of homeschooling - gym time has never been this fun or necessary. I mean, it's much better than losing it over endless screens or all the lessons we missed. Instead of taking things too seriously, I was actually able to laugh it off and dive right in. This is just the kind of energy I need when I'm in a state of paralysis because I'm stuck "take my online algebra class" and wishing I could get a break (seriously, is anyone else out there with me?). The quick workout was just like a reset button - I was smiling, feeling recharged, and ready to tackle the next lesson.
