Cartwheel Clinic (12/10 @ 4:30pm)

This clinic will focus on the fundamentals and proper technique for the perfect cartwheel.
 
All levels are welcome! Beginner gymnasts will work on basic body shaping, lunges, handstands, and strength training. Intermediate gymnasts will work on one-handed, opposite side, and dive cartwheels. They will also begin to work on cartwheels on beam. Advanced gymnasts will work on the above skills and aerials.
 
Clinic Policies:
This clinic is for ages 5+
Our lobby is closed to adults
Children over the age of 5 must show proof of COVID vaccination in order to attend this clinic
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance for a refund or transfer
