This class is ideal for older 4 year olds who have previously taken gymnastics. Gymnasts will focus on more advanced skills and body awareness, and should have basic knowledge of gymnastics terminology. Coaches will instruct students on the Olympic events and work on enhancing their strength and flexibility.
