Tigers (4.5 - 5yo)

These are our entry level 60-minute Tigers classes. For many of our students it may be the first time they’ve ever been in a gym for a full hour using all of the apparatuses, so this class focuses on safety, listening, learning about the equipment/gym, the building blocks of gymnastics skills, and, of course, fun! The teaching style will vary from group lessons, to circuit training, to obstacle courses, and will usually involve lots and lots of colorful props! These variations keep the class ever-changing and entertaining as students work on skill acquisition, endurance, balance, strength, flexibility, confidence, and problem solving. This class is perfect for a first time gymnast or a student who has graduated from our Cubs classes!

 

Classes are open to all genders and are taught by a USAG certified coach in an all-bodies-welcome environment.

Class policies:

  • Your child must be 4.5yo by January 3rd.

  • Children ages 5+ must be fully vaccinated (2 doses) against COVID-19. COVID vaccination is strongly recommended, but not required for children under the age of 5. Masks are optional for everyone.

  • We do not offer trial classes or drop-ins..
