TIGERS PLUS 5-6 YRS
More precision, more focus — same playful energy
This 60-minute intermediate class is for gymnasts who’ve completed at least three full Tigers sessions and are ready for a bit more challenge. With a focus on cleaner technique and stronger body control, kids revisit core skills like handstands, cartwheels, and pullovers — but with advanced drills and thoughtful feedback that help them grow.

We keep it fun, supportive, and individualized. Gymnasts explore more detailed form, build strength and flexibility, and learn how to fine-tune the skills they already love.

Tigers Plus classes are open to all genders and led by USAG-certified coaches in an all-bodies-welcome environment that values growth over perfection.

Tigers Plus prerequisite = completion of at least three consecutive Tigers sessions
What To Expect:
Dynamic Warm-Up & Stretch
Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up and deeper stretch sequence to prep bodies for more demanding skills. We introduce more targeted drills to support strength, flexibility, and body control — all essential for intermediate-level progress.
Skill Stations:
Bars, Beam, and Trampoline/Floor
Gymnasts rotate through focused event stations built around the weekly skill theme — from refining pullovers and levers to sharpening roundoffs and improving beam transitions. Stations include more technical progressions, allowing gymnasts to practice form, control, and execution at a higher level. Coaches offer hands-on support and feedback tailored to each gymnast’s needs, helping them fine-tune details and build consistency with greater independence.
Wrap-Up & Reflection
Classes end with stickers and a coach-led recap, where gymnasts reflect on what they worked on, what they’re proud of, and where they want to grow. These wrap-ups reinforce ownership, self-confidence, and athlete-coach connection.
