What To Expect:
Dynamic Warm-Up & Stretch
We kick things off with a dynamic warm-up and stretch routine that gets bodies ready for action and minds set on the class ahead. Coaches lead targeted exercises to activate key muscle groups while emphasizing strength, flexibility, and body control — essential ingredients for mastering intermediate-level skills.
Skill Stations:
Bars, Beam, and Trampoline/Floor
After warm-up, gymnasts rotate through coach-led stations on Bars, Beam, and Trampoline/Floor. Each station is structured around that week’s focus and tailored to challenge each athlete at their level. Students work on skills like backbend kickovers, roundoffs, front hip circles, and complex jumps — all with an emphasis on clean form, connected movement, and personal progress. Coaches provide individualized feedback while encouraging effort, independence, and perseverance.
Wrap-Up & Reflection
Every class ends with positive reinforcement. Gymnasts regroup for stickers and a quick debrief with their coach to highlight what they accomplished and set goals for next time. These moments build coach-athlete connection, celebrate progress, and support a growth mindset.

After you've successfully completed each workout, simply mark it off on our tracker. Once you've accomplished three workouts every week, for a total of four weeks, submit your tracker to our front desk at the end of the month.

As a token of your accomplishment, you'll be awarded a special achievement band! But that's not all – you have the opportunity to collect all ten dazzling colors from September to June.
